Commit to Quit is a free five-week group program that is led by trained facilitators who will help you learn how to lead a smoke-free life.

  • The importance of making a plan to quit
  • About tools to help you quit, coping skills and available smoking aids
  • How to stay a non-smoker and live the rest of your life smoke-free!
