Are you planning to have a baby soon or are you less than 12 weeks pregnant?

Your state of health before and during your pregnancy will have a significant impact on the health of your child.
Led by a dietitian and an exercise specialist, this session provides:

  • Tips for preparing for your pregnancy and welcoming your baby;
  • Tips for healthy eating;
  • Demonstrations of the exercises you could do during your pregnancy.
