Centre de santé Saint-Boniface is a Francophone primary health centre offering bilingual services to the French-speaking population of Winnipeg and to the residents of St. Boniface. Programs and services at Centre de santé are delivered by an interdisciplinary team.

The Board of Directors of Centre de santé seeks to evaluate the Centre’s staffing, as well as its job descriptions and responsibilities, in order to optimize its organizational structure for all of its operational activities that are part of its current mandate.

Since its inception in 1999, Centre de santé has undergone many transformations in staff, clients and services, resulting in significant growth in all internal operations and community partnerships.

The Board would like to have the following reviewed:

  • Chart the evolution of the operations of the Centre in a qualitative and quantitative way.
  • Conduct an analysis of management and administrative position staffing, reviewing the tasks and responsibilities associated with each position.
  • Do a comparative analysis with other similar organizations in the Manitoba health system.
  • Propose two or three models of organizational structure to optimize human resources, with an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each model.
