This program is designed to help you navigate and manage intense emotions through skills derived from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). If you often feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, struggle with unpleasant or difficult thoughts, or find yourself acting in ways that are harmful to yourself or others, this program is for you.
This program will help you:
  • Learn to be present in the moment, enhancing, your awareness and acceptance of your thoughts and feelings.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and develop strategies to manage them effectively.
  • Equip yourself with tools to handle crises without making the situation worse, fostering resilience in difficult times.
  • Improve your communication and interaction skills, helping you build and maintain healthy relationships.
