This program is designed to help you navigate and manage intense emotions through skills derived from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). If you often feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, struggle with unpleasant or difficult thoughts, or find yourself acting in ways that are harmful to yourself or others, this program is for you.
