Centre de santé is proud to announce its participation in the Official Languages Recognition Program. This demonstrates our commitment to language equity and accessibility. Meeting Level 1 requirements means committing to continuous improvement in practices to ensure access to services in Canada’s two official languages. We are currently conducting a self-assessment of our competencies to identify which processes work and which ones require more attention. We are thus undertaking a continuous quality control process aimed at excellence.
